本機床為方形箱體的多功能鉆銑床，臥銑均為齒輪傳動，扭矩傳遞好，加工效率高。立銑轉(zhuǎn)速高，噪音低。裝有機械進給器，可實現(xiàn)工作臺縱、橫雙向自動進給，減少了勞動強度，提高了加工精度和表面光潔度。床身導軌經(jīng)淬火處理，有良好的耐磨能力。 銑頭安裝于滑臂前端，可前后移動，不僅能在垂直平面內(nèi)左右回轉(zhuǎn)90度， 又可在床身上回轉(zhuǎn)360度， 具有良好的加工萬向性。安裝相應附件，可進行立銑、臥銑、鉆、鏜、擴等多種加工，可加工平面、溝槽、螺旋面、斜面、成型面以及花鍵、齒輪等零件，適用于各種企業(yè)，特別是工具、模具、卡具的加工制造。

This machine can be used for vertical milling, horizontal milling, drilling and boring. It has adapted gear construction. Longitudinal and cross worktable can be moved with machinery power feeder. The milling head mounted on the front end of movable arm can revolve 90 degrees longitudinally to rightward or leftward in vertical plane. The arm may slide backward and forward and it also may take a swivel of 360° about the column. With its versatile and universal in functions, this machine is suitable to perform variable procedures such as plane surface, inclined surface, and gears, multi-spline and arc grooves. It is therefore to meet maintenance and manufacture in various enterprise, especially for manufacturing tools, fixtures, moulds and etc.
