虛擬DPU+仿真HMI──在HMI軟件無法實現智能編譯轉換的情況下,采用第三方的人機界面組態工具進行開發,將 HMI轉移到開放的計算機軟件和網絡平臺上實現,對DPU則是采用虛擬的方法,這是對人員培訓和在線檢測診斷都非常實用的技術方案。
(7)組態圖虛擬DPU+仿真HMI──如DPU和HMI的軟件都無法實現智能編譯轉換,實現虛擬的方法是針對組態圖軟件進行仿真,在開放的計算機軟件和網絡平臺上單獨開發一套外觀和操作模式上與真實DCS十分接近的圖形化組態軟件,由系統人員或檢修人員迸行真實DPU和虛擬DPU的同步組態和同步修改,組態圖虛擬DPU生成軟件可輸出虛擬程序,并與過程模型的 HMI連接,實現虛擬DCS的功攤。
