LMDYYZ系列液壓站是我公司為工業級人造金剛石、寶石級金剛石、單晶、聚晶、立方氮化硼及復合片（PDC、PCBN）等超硬材料合成壓機研制的高精度液壓控制系統。

由插裝閥構成的主控閥系統、配有大通徑超高壓單向閥的配流閥組和高精度卸壓閥組成。配套增壓源為超高壓油泵和往復增壓器，可滿足Φ420mm～Φ1000mm缸徑壓機寬范圍使用。

Product overview

LMDYYZ series of hydraulic station is specially designed and developed for the synthetic diamond ,single crystal,poly crystalline CBN,ａnd PDC/PCBN etc. super-hard materials synthetic press as high precision hydraulic control system. Compatible with ultra-high pressure oil pump. It is suitable for Φ650mm ～ Φ1000mm bore press.

The main control valve system is composed of cartridge valve, valve group with large diameter and ultra-high pressure oneway valve and high precision relief valve. Super-high pressure oil pump and reciprocating supercharger are the matching supercharger sources, which can meet the wide range of 420mm to 1000mm cylinder diameter press.
