樹脂重負荷砂輪自動化生產線是我所針對普通磨具行業的樹脂、陶瓷結合劑砂輪開發的一種半自動生產線，本產品用于固結磨具的壓制成型半自動生產。本產品可以實現自動預壓、自動壓制成型、自動搬運模具及砂輪、自動卸模等功能，實現了少人化操作的同時，也大大降低了人工勞動強度，改善了生產環境，保證了生產質量的穩定性，提高了生產效率。

Introduction

An automatic production line for resin bonded heavy load grinding wheels is semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools and vitrified grinding wheels. It is applied in pressing and semi-automatic production of bonded abrasive tools. This production line realizes automation of pre-pressing of abrasive mix, pressing and forming of abrasive mix, handling of molds and grinding wheels, mold unloading, etc. so as to make less manual operations and labor intensity, to improve the production environment, to ensure the stability of production quality, and improves the production efficiency.
